Message	throw-out bearing with the one recommended for the clutch you installed? Could the new pressure plate be defective? Look into what mrchips suggested at 4:18 today before you pull it apart. I can't help but think the problem you had getting the trans back in is tied to your problem (no relation to the questions I asked above).
